Parts delivered to the job in 60 minutes, or scheduled
A missing part usually costs more than the part. It costs the drive to the merchant, the hour on site the customer will not pay for, and often a second visit. Order what is missing from inside the job and have it brought to the door instead.
- Order from inside the job card, no separate account to open
- Delivered to the customer's address, not the merchant counter
- 60-minute delivery where available, or a scheduled slot
- Parts flow straight onto the invoice
No more supply runs
The engineer stays on site while the part comes to them. That is unpaid driving turned back into billable time, and a customer who watches the job get finished instead of being told somebody will come back another day.
- Engineer stays productive on the job
- Fewer second visits and rebooked appointments
- Less unpaid mileage and merchant queueing
Ordering from the job card
Search the catalogue without leaving the job. Pick the item, confirm the delivery address (the customer's, by default) and choose how quickly you need it. The order is attached to the job so everyone can see what is on the way.
- Search trade supplies across plumbing, electrical and more
- Delivery address pre-filled from the job
- Order status visible on the job card and in the office
60 minutes, or a slot that suits the job
For urgent work, choose rapid delivery and the part is brought to site within the hour where that service is available. For planned and contract work, schedule delivery for the morning of the visit so the engineer arrives to find everything waiting.
- Rapid delivery for emergency callouts, where available
- Scheduled delivery timed to the appointment window
- Delivery timing shown before you commit to the customer
The part lands on the invoice
Anything ordered against the job is priced onto the job automatically, with your markup applied, so it appears on the quote or invoice without anybody re-keying part numbers at the end of the week.
- Cost and sale price recorded against the job
- Included on the invoice raised from the van
- Full audit trail of what was ordered and why
Works with your van stock
Tryoup already knows what is on the van. Ordering is for the gap — the item nobody is carrying — so you are not buying twice or filling vans with stock that sits there for a year.
Powered by our partnership with Bilddit
Deliveries are fulfilled through Bilddit, a UK trade-supply platform, connected directly to Tryoup so the catalogue, ordering and delivery all happen inside the job you are already working on.
Frequently asked questions
- Which areas get 60-minute delivery?
- Rapid delivery is available in a growing list of areas, and the app shows the fastest option for the job's postcode before you order. Anywhere it is not yet offered, you can still book a scheduled delivery.
- What if the part is not in stock?
- You see availability before you commit, along with alternatives where they exist, so nobody promises the customer a same-day fix that cannot happen.
- How is it billed?
- Parts ordered against a job are recorded at cost and priced onto the job with your markup, so they appear on the customer's invoice like any other material.
- Can the customer see what was ordered?
- They see the parts on their quote or invoice in the way you choose to present them. The internal ordering detail stays with your team.
